1. Nature of the Services
The Company provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools that display, transmit, and technically relay strategy outputs and trading signals (“Services”).
The Services are informational and technical only.
The Company:
- does not hold or custody user funds
- does not execute trades for and/or on behalf of users
- does not manage or control user accounts
- does not provide investment recommendation or financial advice
- does not act as a broker, dealer, portfolio manager, or crypto-asset service provider
All trading accounts remain fully owned and controlled by the user and are held with exchanges or brokers selected by the user with their full consent.
2. No Investment Advice / No Regulated Activity
Nothing provided through the Services constitutes:
- investment advice
- financial advice
- portfolio management
- individualized recommendations
- solicitation or offer of financial instruments
- regulated financial activities or intermediaries
The Company does not assess the user’s individual profile, personal circumstances, investment objectives, financial situation, or risk tolerance.
All trading and configuration decisions are made solely by the user.
3. Strategy Following
If the user enables Strategy Following (sometimes referred to as “copy trading”), the user elects to technically mirror strategy outputs generated by the Company.
Strategy Following may be implemented using internal or third-party technical software, including via API connectivity.
Strategy Following is:
- initiated by the user
- configured by the user
- fully controlled by the user
- Executed by the user
The Company:
- has no discretionary authority
- cannot access, move, or control user funds
- cannot place, modify, or cancel trades on behalf of the user
The user may pause or terminate Strategy Following at any time.
4. MiCA Disclosure (EU Crypto-Assets Regulation)
The Services constitute software tools and general crypto-asset information within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (“MiCA”).
The Company does not provide:
- crypto-asset advice
- crypto-asset portfolio management
- crypto-asset execution services
- reception or transmission of orders
The Services fall under non-regulated activities, including the provision of general information and technical software tools.
5. Risk Disclosure
Trading crypto assets and derivatives involves substantial risk, including the risk of partial or total loss of capital.
Crypto markets are volatile, illiquid, and may be affected by regulatory, technical, macro, or geopolitical events.
Past performance does not guarantee future results at all.
6. Third-Party Infrastructure
The Services may integrate with exchanges, brokers, APIs, or execution software operated by third parties.
The Company does not control and is not responsible for:
- execution quality or pricing
- slippage, latency, or partial fills
- outages or API failures
- liquidations, margin calls, or forced closures
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- the Company shall not be liable for trading losses or missed opportunities
- no guarantee of profitability or capital preservation is provided
Use of the Services is entirely at the user’s own risk. The details (information, parameters, and notions) provided by the Company related to the offered Strategies/Funds and their characteristics are based on the best knowledge of the Company and according to the information provided to the Company by the third-party service providers, and there is no guarantee for their full accuracy and definitive occurrence.
8. Jurisdiction
The user is solely responsible for determining whether use of the Services is legal and lawful in their own jurisdiction. The Company does not bear any risk or responsibility in this respect, whatsoever.
9. Privacy Policy
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
10. Acceptance
By using the Services, the user confirms that they:
- have read and understood this Agreement
- accept all associated risks and concerns
- acknowledge the non-regulated nature of the Services
- admit that they will be using the Services at their own risk and full discretion
