By creating an account and enabling the Services, you confirm that:
- you understand that the platform provides software tools and strategy outputs only, and does not provide investment advice, digital assets recommendation, or asset management services.
- you understand that any Strategy Following (sometimes referred to as copy trading) is initiated, configured, and controlled solely by you as the user, whether implemented via internal in-house or external third-party software.
- you understand that the Company does not hold, access, custody, or control your funds, and does not execute trades on my behalf.
- you understand that trading digital or crypto assets involves high risk, including the risk of total loss of capital, and that past performance does not guarantee future results at all.
- you acknowledge that the Company operates as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider, outside the scope of regulated investment or crypto-asset services, which are governed under applicable laws, including Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA).
- you agree to the Master User Agreement, Risk Disclosure, and Privacy Policy, and accept all associated risks.
